1. The consultation duration is a maximum of 15 minutes.

2. Each consultation is for one person only.

3. No refunds will be issued after payment under any circumstances.

4. The clinic will contact the client within 24 hours if the purchase is made outside official holidays.

5. For urgent consultations, please contact 0590054862 to arrange an express appointment.

6. Appointments are subject to the doctor’s availability.

7. By proceeding with the purchase, the client agrees to the telemedicine policy and acknowledges that Rimas Clinics bears no liability arising from the consultation.
